Over the past quarter, we have worked through several Council-related delays while coordinating the requirements for early subdivision.

We are now in the final stages, with civil endorsements expected shortly. Completing the subdivision early will provide significantly greater flexibility in how the project can be taken to market, including the potential for selling as house and land, traditional off-the-plan or individual land parcels.

We have had some conversations with buyers interested in options here and will continue to explore the best options based on the buyer feedback.
