Our ESD division, Napoleon Energy, is where theory meets practice. We don’t just offer sustainable design consulting – we implement. Every piece of advice we offer is backed by real-world experience from our own development projects.
Our story
Napoleon Energy began as our in-house engineering team, created to support our own developments. Along the way, we found a gap in the market — a shortage of sustainability consultants offering genuinely real-world, high-performance advice, grounded in what actually gets built rather than just modelled on paper.
In 2026, we acquired and took over management of The Urban Leaf — a well-established sustainability consultancy — to strengthen our capability, better serve our clients, and increase our impact by being involved in more projects.
Today, we deliver our engineering and sustainability services through The Urban Leaf with an expanded team, but the same real world focus which we test within our own developments.
