DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY
There has been lots of activity with Ballantyne Street since last quarter.
We settled the property in May and have continued progressing the architectural design, engineering and interiors, with the documentation now nearing completion for the building permit and commencement of construction.
The permit phase has required detailed coordination around stormwater, site levels and existing services, with several technical issues taking longer to resolve than initially expected. These issues are now in the final stages of approval.
We have also continued to receive strong support from the surrounding neighbours, who are looking forward to seeing the homes and landscaping completed as a positive addition to the area.
