Lots of progress since our last quarterly update, with the builder, engineering team, architect and building surveyor working closely together to refine the plans and optimise the internal layout.

The design is now locked in, giving us a clear pathway into delivery. Settlement is scheduled for this month, with construction expected to commence shortly afterwards.

JCON has been appointed as builder and will deliver both this project and 13 Howell Place, located nearby. Having the same experienced team managing both builds should provide valuable efficiencies across procurement, programming and site coordination. JCON has already successfully delivered our Fitzy and Showers Street projects and its great to be able to build off our previous experiences and learnings to improve on these new builds.
