We are currently finalising the construction approach for the project. As part of this, we’ve completed a detailed bottom-up cost analysis and are now talking with a select group of builders to ensure cost certainty before commencing.

This process has resulted in a slight adjustment to the program, however we see this as a prudent step given current market conditions and cost volatility, allowing us to manage risk and protect project margin.

In parallel, we have progressed key services, connections and protection works to help streamline the construction phase once underway, with demolition ready to commence.

We are also preparing for an off-the-plan marketing campaign next quarter. It’s encouraging to see growing recognition of our product, with buyers referencing the quality of our recent projects in Fitzroy North and Fairfield.
