While the project remains formally at lock-up stage, there has been significant activity and progress across all five residences over the past couple of months.

Internal plastering is now well advanced, polished concrete floors have been completed, we are finalising the installation of joinery and the homes are being prepared for tiling. Staircases and rooftop decking are also progressing, bringing the upper levels and outdoor spaces to life.

With the internal fit-out now taking shape, the next phase will see tiling commence alongside external works and the continued completion of the rooftop areas.

With the scaffold now removed, the scale and architectural presence of the terraces are becoming increasingly evident, creating a prominent and high-quality addition to Nicholson Street. Each residence also benefits from impressive city views from the rooftop terraces, reinforcing the strength and market appeal of the finished product.
