Nearing Lockup

The frame has been completed, external wrap, hatches and windows in, roof going on, bricks going up and rough-in has begun.  On this project, we’ve introduced a Pro Clima roof membrane for the first time, upgrading from standard sarking to a higher-performance system.  It provides an additional layer of protection against water ingress while allowing the building to breathe, which helps reduce condensation risk and improves long-term durability.  It also supports better airtightness and overall building performance, aligning with the direction we’re taking across our projects.  It’s a small upfront upgrade, but one that meaningfully improves the quality and resilience of the finished product.
