Following the completion of advertising, we worked through a small number of neighbour concerns, incorporating minor refinements to improve privacy outcomes. These were resolved without any material impact to the overall design or yield.

With the planning permit now secured, we are now progressing toward the plan for construction, with feedback to date remaining positive.

In parallel, we have strategically front-loaded the subdivision process. This provides additional flexibility in how the project is delivered, including the ability to stage or pursue alternative exit pathways if required.

Our focus has been on setting the project up with multiple options as we move into the next phase.
