Architectural Design
Architecturally designed by Wardle Design. This project was our first duplex in the inner north.
How it went
One side was sold off the plan and the other after completion. The project provided some challenges with construction costs and interest rates rising throughout the project. We still managed to sell for a solid result and this helped us launch into the next project off Nicholson Street.
