Framing Complete – D1 under offer

Gillies is moving along nicely in construction with the frame now up and signed off.  We are now doing external and roof wrapping with windows in on the ground floor whilst we push toward lock up stage.  

We have also advertised D1 for an off the plan sale – https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-vic-fairfield-150582052.  In the few weeks that we have been live, we have some strong interest from a couple of buyers and now have just signed up D1 sales contract last week.
