Introducing our next rooming house project in West Footscray.  This  one will be 2, 9 Bedroom houses on the one block with separate access from each street.  We have received the planning permit and are in the process of working on the preliminary working drawings.  The site settles in June, with the plan to then begin the build shortly after.  Below is our attempt to build a render of the finished product on the existing site using chatGPT – close but not quite there ;-).
