This project has been deliberately designed to redefine expectations within the rooming accommodation market—elevating both tenant quality and long-term asset performance.
Externally, the development presents as a bespoke, high-quality residential product, integrating refined architectural detailing and premium materials to create strong street appeal and stand apart from traditional rooming accommodation.
Internally, the focus has been on delivering efficient, comfortable, and genuinely affordable living spaces—carefully designed to attract and retain high-quality tenants. Each dwelling incorporates reverse-cycle heating and cooling, ensuring year-round comfort while maintaining operational efficiency.
The result is a product that consistently outperforms typical rooming accommodation, achieving stronger tenant demand, reduced vacancy, and more stable long-term income.
Quality finishes and textures:
The interior finishes are focused on creating a modern, well-considered feel that sits above typical rooming accommodation. Inclusions such as stone benchtops, timber feature handles, quality timber stairs and flooring, and split system heating and cooling provide a comfortable and practical living environment.
