These dwellings are going to the next level of sustainability with a focus on passive living. We have implemented new ideas and techniques to create a hybrid passive design that will provide next level comfort of living without compromising the design.

Both dwellings exceed 8 Stars energy ratings with some of the best u-PVC windows on the market  used, a fully integrated Heat Recovery Ventilation System (HRV) and massive on site solar and energy storage

Every surface of these buildings are bespoke from the sustainable claddings, custom spray in pools through to the interior design and material selections.

DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY

Following the strong result achieved on the B-side sale, we’ve taken a deliberate step back on the A-side to ensure we’re not underselling the asset in the current market. Rather than pushing for a quick result, our focus is on securing the right buyer at the right level. In the interim, the property is rented, and we are continuing to engage with qualified buyers, including off-market opportunities.
