FROM VISION TO REALITY

Napoleon Developments was born in late 2019 from a simple yet powerful idea: to develop truly sustainable houses. What started as a dream shared by founders Alec and Mon quickly evolved into a comprehensive approach to sustainable living.

During the challenges of COVID-19, we discovered an opportunity. With his background in sustainable consulting, Alec identified a critical gap in the industry – a disconnect between construction practices and sustainability principles. This realisation led to the expansion of our services to include Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD) consulting.

In 2022 and 2023, we welcomed Ben and Chris to our team, bringing their engineering prowess and business acumen to the table. Their addition marked a new chapter in our journey, allowing us to take an even more innovative, entrepreneurial approach to sustainable property development.
