As we were finishing Showers Street, this site came up just around the corner (5 mins walk). Our architect confirmed we could adapt the same plans and layout, which gave us a proven starting point and avoided having to redesign the project from scratch.  As a result we made an offer and were also able to line up settlement with Beaumont Parade, allowing the same builder to run both projects at the same time and make the most of shared trades, suppliers and site management.

The offer was accepted and the design is now in its final stages thanks to a big push from all the whole team. Settlement is due in late August, with construction expected to start soon after.   The AI render gives you an idea of the theme we are aiming for but is a little off on some of the elevations.
